A Preschool Guide For Our Younger Guests 

LEGOLAND® Windsor has something to offer guests of all ages. We particularly welcome our younger guests and our rides are designed with them in mind.

Made a splash?

Drying facilities can be found nearby our wet rides so that you can enjoy all our attractions without any worry.  Additional charges apply.

Can I Ride?

For ease a measuring service is available at LEGO City Guest Services so children only have to be measured once and a band will be given for them to wear indicating their height.

Outnumbered?

Parents and guardians with children who don’t meet height restrictions can take turns in taking taller children on rides without having to queue twice. Please ask a member of staff at each ride for further details. Please note this service is not available on all rides and attractions.

Hurt yourself? 

Located in LEGO® City, our friendly and qualified first aiders are always on hand to help and advise guests.

Lost?

For your peace of mind, stickers are available from Guest Services to display your contact details, which you will then give to your child.

If you lose your child, please look for any member of LEGOLAND Windsor’s staff who will direct you to Guest Services either at The Beginning or in LEGO City. Stickers with contact details will help us reunite both parties should you become separated.

Need help?

Our friendly staff at Guest Services are full of information to make your day at the park even more enjoyable. You’ll find Guest Services located at The Beginning and in LEGO City next to Ice Cream & Doughnuts.

Pushchairs

Pushchairs can be hired from the LEGO BIG Shop on a first come first served basis.

Baby Care Centres

Our Baby Care Centre is located in LEGO City. This area off ers a private place for breast or bottle feeding and nappy changing.

Baby Feeding

There are dedicated baby feeding stations located at City Walk restaurant, with a microwave and bottle warmer for heating your baby’s meals. Look out for our extended range of snacking options for smaller children in our family restaurants.
