Hotel

With interactive LEGO features and a dragon sentry, our new hotel is a treasure which inspires imaginations and creates laugh-out loud memories.

This is not just any hotel – located on the edge of the LEGOLAND Park, the LEGOLAND Hotel has 150 fully themed rooms, the lively Bricks Family restaurant and Skyline bar, a brightly coloured LEGO pirate splash area and pool, and a gym.

Facilities for our corporate guests include a large conference room, 3 syndicate rooms, a business centre and a private lounge bar.

On top of this, we also provide room service, a concierge service, portering,and retail facilities.

Therefore, there is a massive range of hotel-based opportunities for you to choose from  - whether that’s seasonal, permanent, full and part time, entry level or management.

Technical & Facilities

SEALIFE & Aquarist

2011 saw the opening of one of our most ambitious and exciting attractions to date – Atlantis Submarine Voyage by SEALIFE!

Aboard the yellow LEGO submarine, passengers can come face to fin with over 2,500 amazing marine creatures – from mesmerising Cownose Rays to awesome Zebra and Nurse Sharks swimming in a unique LEGO landscape featuring nearly 100 stunning models.

With over 2,000 diverse marine creatures to nurture, feed, breed and care for, we need experienced and talented aquarists and curators to maintain our high standards of ethical marine care.

LEGO Model Making

Our world-famous LEGO models are a source of pride and it’s thanks to our talented and creative team who design, build and maintain these unique and amazing displays.

Working in our model shop and on the park itself, you’ll literally build the LEGOLAND magic brick by brick! As the final touch, our animators add light, sound and movement – ensuring the finished pieces always attention-grabbing.

Our model makers and animation technicians come from a wide range of creative and technical backgrounds.

If you’re experienced in 3-D modelling and sculpture, or excel animatronics and control systems, you can put your skills to the test and be the envy of LEGO fans everywhere!

Graduates

Tackle projects that’ll take your breath away and challenges that’ll push you to the limit on XLR8 – the Merlin Entertainments Group 18-month graduate programme.   There are two programmes to choose from – General Management or Marketing. Both offer the same level of fast-track development and demand the same blend of commercial savvy and creativity.   And both give you the chance to experience the variety of Merlin’s amazing attractions the world over – from Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE to Heide Park, LEGOLAND and the Alton Towers Resort, just to name a few!

Work Experience

Applications for work experience for 2012 and 2013 have now closed.

Our work experience/ placement programme is currently being reviewed. Due to this, applications for the 2013 work experience programme are closed. 

Our new programme will re-commence in 2014 and we look forward to hearing from you in the future!
