We are devoted to creating cherished memories which last a lifetime for all our guests.

Our customer facing teams play a crucial role through all their interactions - they are the face of our resort!

Our  car park team and admissions assistants provide that all important first impression, while our ride operators, attraction assistants and entertainments team add a spark to our unique LEGO themed experiences.

Add in a massive team of food & beverage assistants, essential in keeping thousands of guests refreshed, plus a our team of retail and merchandise assistants who ensure guests have the perfect memento, and you’ve got an army of over 1,000 employees all committed to one thing – delivering the most extraordinarily unique day out you can imagine! 

Not forgetting our Park Presentations team who ensure that our resort is spic and span, from clearing our paths of rubbish to making sure our toilets are shining, while getting the best opportunity to interact with our guests.

But that’s not all! Each season we also need a team of first aid hosts, guest relations hosts, security staff, plus unique roles delivering our LEGO themed education workshops.

Behind the Scenes

Whilst there’s a whole team of people delighting our guests everyday, we couldn’t do it without the support of everyone who keep our resort running smoothly.

So if you’re keen to be part of a positive, hard-working and fast-paced team who help keep the resort in top condition, then our behind-the-scenes roles could be for you! 

You could find yourself working in our warehouse – keeping all our restaurants, shops, sales units and facilities well stocked, or perhaps supporting our cash office - preparing and reconciling the many cash floats required to keep all our commercial teams up and running.

We’ve also got roles in our cleaning and refuse team – working either on the park or back of house.

There are also opportunities to work ‘out of hours’ as twilight replenishment assistants, who ensure our retail stores fully stocked and ready to go, or as one of our outlet cleaning assistants who gets our restaurants and food outlets spick and span before each day starts!

Management & Team Leaders

A great team starts with a great manager and we couldn’t deliver our exceptional visitor experiences and outstanding commercial performance without the exceptional leaders guiding our teams.

We are always on the look-out for experienced Managers, and Assistant Managers. So whether you have a management background in Food & Beverage or Catering, Retailing, Entertainments, Customer Services or General Operations management, we could be the place for you.
