Our customer facing teams play a crucial role through all their interactions - they are the face of our resort!
Our car park team and admissions assistants provide that all important first impression, while our ride operators, attraction assistants and entertainments team add a spark to our unique LEGO themed experiences.
Add in a massive team of food & beverage assistants, essential in keeping thousands of guests refreshed, plus a our team of retail and merchandise assistants who ensure guests have the perfect memento, and you’ve got an army of over 1,000 employees all committed to one thing – delivering the most extraordinarily unique day out you can imagine!
Not forgetting our Park Presentations team who ensure that our resort is spic and span, from clearing our paths of rubbish to making sure our toilets are shining, while getting the best opportunity to interact with our guests.
But that’s not all! Each season we also need a team of first aid hosts, guest relations hosts, security staff, plus unique roles delivering our LEGO themed education workshops.
