You can renew your Annual Pass online or by calling 0871 2222 001*. 

 

*Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras

 

Or bring your old pass (or some photo ID if you no longer have it) to the Guest Services window on your next visit.

Premium Merlin Annual Pass - Save 25% When You Renew

 

Enjoy 12 months' entry to the UK's top attractions without any exclusion dates subject to attractions operating calendar. Parking is included. Tip: your second year will commence from your current expiration date, so we advise you to renew your pass before your current membership expires to avoid missing out on any fun.

 

 

 

Standard Merlin Annual Pass - Save 25% When You Renew

 

Enjoy 12 months entry to the UK's top attractions with exclusions

 

No entry during the month of August at London Eye, Madame Tussauds London, London Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. No entry during Fright Nights and other special events at THORPE PARK. No entry on 14th February at the London Eye. No entry from 29th - 31st October at the The London Dungeon. No entry from the 30th - 31st October at The London Eye. Parking is not included.

 

Tip: your second year will commence from your current expiration date, so we advise you to renew your pass before your current membership expires to avoid missing out on any fun.

 

 

 

 

LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass - Save 20% When You Renew

 

Enjoy entry to LEGOLAND Windsor throughout the season without any exclusion dates.*  Premium Annual Passes are valid for 12 months.  Parking is included in the price.

 

 

 

3. What happens after you renew online?


Once you renew online you will be sent an e-ticket which can only be redeemed once your pass has expired. Please exchange this e-ticket at the Annual Pass Room when you visit for your new pass. Your new 12 month period will begin as soon as your current pass expires.
