Planning Your Day

What time is the last admission to the Park?
The last entry to the Park is at 6.00pm.

However, as this is a very popular event, we would recommend arriving at the park early or pre-booking your tickets in advance online.

I don’t want to watch the Fireworks.  What time do I need to leave by?
Guests are free to leave the park before and during the show. However, the main exit from the car park will be closed from 6.00pm until approximately 7.00pm.

Are there any restrictions with pathways in the Park?
The pathway from the Burger Ranch to Boating School, via the Hotel Boardwalk, will be closed and inaccessible to guests from 6.00pm until roughly 6.45pm

Guests wishing to access the hotel during this time must ensure they are in the hotel by 6.00pm. For guests who wish to stay in the hotel during the show, access to the Boardwalk and areas mentioned above will be restricted from 6.00 pm until the show has finished.

What time does the Park close?
The park will remain open until at least 8.00pm.

How long will it take for me to leave the car park after the Fireworks?
This will vary but can take up to 1.5 hours.  We advise guests to remain in the Park and enjoy the rides, attractions, shows, restaurants and shops that will stay re-open after the show until at least 8.00pm.  Exit times for each car park will be displayed on the Electronic Boards and at the turnstiles.

Do any rides close at dusk?

Please be aware that Dino Safari, Boating School, Orient Expedition, Fairy Tale Brook, Extreme Team Challenge, Bickville, Sky Rider, Viking River Splash, and Splash Safari will be closed at dusk. Drench Towers will be open from 12:00 to 16:00 everyday until the end of the season.

Viewing Areas

Can I watch the Fireworks from the Hotel?
For health and safety reasons, the Hotel Boardwalk and surrounding areas from Burger Ranch across to Boating School will be closed from 6.00pm until the end of the show each night. Guests will be unable to view the fireworks from this area.

For guests who wish to stay in the hotel during the show, access to the boardwalk and surrounding areas will be restricted from 6.00 pm until the show has finished.

Which is the best area for wheelchair users?

As the Park is fully accessible, the Fireworks can be viewed from a variety of areas. We would recommend the LEGO City Harbour and area around the Baguette Bar in Traffic as the ideal viewing locations. We would advise wheelchair users to avoid Miniland due to congestion in this area.

Restaurants and Shopping

Are there any restaurants open during the Firework show?
The carts and stands in Miniland and the Family Restaurants will be open throughout the show. However, the lights in City Walk Pizza and Pasta Buffet and DUPLO Family Buffet will be turned off at 6.20pm.

Please be aware that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, DUPLO Family Buffet may need to close fully.

Where can I buy my LEGO 3D glasses and how much do they cost?
Glasses can be purchased at all retail shops and staff members selling products during the fireworks show.  They cost £1.00 and turn fireworks into LEGO Bricks.
