How do I replace a lost/stolen Annual Pass ID card?
If you have lost or had your Annual Pass ID card stolen, please inform us as soon as possible by visiting the park or calling 0871 2222 001.
Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras
We will issue you with a new pass when you next visit the Park. Please bring along some identification with you. There is a £10 fee to replace a lost card.
Please note: if you purchased a MERLIN Annual Pass from another attraction we will be unable to issue you with a replacement from LEGOLAND Windsor nor will we be able to grant you access to the park without a valid Annual Pass. Please contact the attraction where you purchased your Annual Pass from.
When can I find out the expiry date of my Annual Pass?
Your expiry date is shown on your photo ID card.
Can I use my Annual Pass on the date that it expires?
Yes, you can use your Annual Pass on the date that it expires.
