How do I renew my Annual Pass?


You can renew in a number of ways:

At the Park - pop in to the Annual Pass room.

Telephone - simply call 0871 2222 001

 

calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras


Please note: if you are planning on taking advantage of any of our renewal offers, you must renew your Annual Pass within 60 days of it's expiration or before the expiration date of the advertised offer.

 

Why did we only receive one Annual Pass renewal reminder when there is more than one pass member in our household?
 

We only send one Annual Pass renewal reminder per household.

 

 

Can I renew my Annual Pass even if I have not received a renewal notice?
 

Yes, of course. However, to take advantage of any renewal offer you will need to renew your Annual Pass within 60 days of it's expiration or prior to the offer expiration date.

 

Can I renew my Annual Pass online?

 
Yes you can. Go to Renew Online in the Annual Pass section.  Please note, we are only able to renew passes that were originally purchased from LEGOLAND Windsor.

 

Do I have to renew my Annual Pass into the same type of pass which I currently have?

 

No. If you prefer you can renew your Annual Pass into any other type of Annual Pass. Whatever suits you.
