How To Renew

You can renew your Annual Pass in 3 simple ways.  Choose from one of the following 3 options.

• Renew online today
• Call our helpful call centre on 0871 2222 001 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) 
• Or bring your old pass (or some photo ID if you no longer have it) to the Guest Services window on your next visit.

What Happens After You Renew Online?

Once you renew online you will be sent an e-ticket.  Please exchange this e-ticket at the Annual Pass Room when you visit for your new pass. Your new 12 month period will begin as soon as your current pass expires.

Collector Badge

An Annual Pass badge will be available when you renew your LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Pass at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort from 26 December 2012 onwards.
