Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is for a LEGOLAND® Premium Annual Pass (adult, child or senior). To receive your LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass, you must attach your original till receipt for £120 or more from a purchase made on any one day between 9th November and 2nd December 2012 (subject to Christmas Shopping operating calendar). Qualifying purchase must be made either in the LEGO® Big Shop, Star Wars™ Store or The Last Chance Store. Limited availability while stock last. A voucher is required for every £120 spent for each LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass redeemed. Total spend must equal or exceed £120. Closing date for redemptions is up to and including 15th April 2013, subject to Park operating calendar.
   
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents.
   
3. This voucher entitles the bearer to a LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass (adult, child or senior) upon production of a receipt from the LEGO Big Shop, Star Wars™ Store or The Last Chance Store, together with this voucher.
   
4. £120 spend may be made in multiple transactions in the LEGO Big Shop, Star Wars™ Store and The Last Chance Store between 9th November and 2nd December (subject to the Christmas Shopping operating calendar.) The multiple transactions must be made on the same day.
   
5. Please treat receipts and vouchers with care. The qualifying amounts and dates must be visible on receipts at the time of redemption. Lost, damaged or illegible receipts and/or vouchers will not be accepted or replaced.
   
6. The voucher can be redeemed in the Annual Pass Room today or at the LEGOLAND Hotel reception, it must be redeemed before the 15th April 2013 at either the Annual Pass room, LEGOLAND Windsor ticket booths or LEGOLAND hotel reception to be exchanged for your LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass.
   
7. The voucher may be redeemed for an adult, child, or senior LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
   
8. All customers must attend LEGOLAND Windsor in person to redeem their voucher(s) and have their photographs taken for their ID card. Annual Passes will not be granted over the telephone, in writing or over the internet and the voucher gives the bearer no priority over other guests.
   
9. Voucher can only be used once. Both the voucher and the receipt must be surrendered upon redemption in order to receive your LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass.
   
10. The voucher is not transferable, holds no cash value and may not be resold. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other off er including upgrading to a Merlin Annual Pass.
    
11. Annual Pass discounts and staff discounts may be used providing the total equals
    £120 after the discount is applied.
    
12. At our discretion LEGOLAND Windsor will be closed on select midweek days throughout 2013. Please check the full 2013 operating calendar at www.LEGOLAND.co.uk.
    
13. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Duty Manager at LEGOLAND is final.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to off er an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
    
16. The LEGOLAND Premium Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months subject to the park operating calendar from the date it is processed. Closing date for redemptions is up to and including 15th April 2013, subject to Park operating calendar.
