Where can I purchase an Annual Pass?
You can purchase an Annual Pass when you visit LEGOLAND Windsor, or you can purchase it in advance online using our Print@Home service by clicking here or by calling 0871 2222 001.
Can I redeem the cost of my 1-day ticket against the price of an Annual Pass?
Yes. To do this you must upgrade to an Annual Pass on the day you visit the park. Complimentary tickets with a zero value cannot be redeemed against the cost of an Annual Pass.
What is the difference between a BASIC, FULL and MERLIN Annual Pass?
Do you still sell Restricted Annual Passes?
We no longer sell the Restricted Annual Pass.
How long is an Annual Pass valid for?
An Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from date of collection, subject to the park operating calendar and, where applicable, exclusion dates.
Do you sell a family Annual Pass?
We do offer a family option on the MERLIN Annual Pass.
However, there are not currently any family options available on LEGOLAND Windsor Annual Pass types.
Can two people share an Annual Pass?
No. Annual Passes are non-transferable and are registered in your name and features your photograph. Attempts to use another guest's Annual Pass card will result in permanent confiscation of the pass.
I bought an Annual Pass from the LEGOLAND Website, how do I use it?
You will have been sent a confirmation email via the website and your entry ticket will be attached. Simply print these off and enter the park through the turnstiles. Once you are in the park, visit the Annual Pass room and have your ID card processed. Your 12 month period will commence from the day that you first visit LEGOLAND Windsor. If you have not received your confirmation email, please telephone 0871 2222 001.

What benefits do you receive with an Annual Pass?

How long do the benefits last?
Each will have an individual expiry date. This means that not all the benefits will be valid for the duration of your Annual Pass. Please read the terms and conditions for each benefit or call us on 0871 2222 001.
I have not received any mailings but my friends have. What do I do?
It is possible that you’ve chosen not to receive mailings from us which can be changed. Please call us on 0871 2222 001 or visit the Annual Pass room on your next visit to LEGOLAND Windsor.

ANNUAL PASS RENEWAL offers
How do I renew my Annual Pass?
You can renew in a number of ways:
- Telephone - simply call 0871 2222 001
- Internet - click here to renew online
- At the Park - pop in to the Annual Pass room.
Please note: if you are planning on taking advantage of any of our renewal offers, you must renew your Annual Pass within 60 days of it's expiration or before the expiration date of the advertised offer.
Why did we only receive one Annual Pass renewal reminder when there is more than one pass member in our household?
We only send one Annual Pass renewal reminder per household with all the relevant expiry details.
Can I renew my Annual Pass even if I have not received a renewal notice?
Yes, of course. However, to take advantage of any renewal offer you will need to renew your Annual Pass within 60 days of it's expiration or prior to the offer expiration date.
Can I renew my Annual Pass online?
Yes you can. Simply click here commence the renewal process. Please note, we are only able to renew passes that were originally purchased from LEGOLAND Windsor.
Do I have to renew my Annual Pass into the same type of pass which I currently have?
No. If you prefer you can renew your Annual Pass into any other type of Annual Pass. Whatever suits you. To view the various Annual Pass options and the latest renew offers, click here.
I am unable to renew my Annual Pass into a Family MERLIN Annual Pass online. Is there something wrong?
No. At the moment we are unable to offer the Family MERLIN Annual Pass online. However, you can still take advantage of the offer by calling 0871 2222 001 or by visiting the Annual Pass room at LEGOLAND Windsor.
ANNUAL PASS UPGRADES
Can I upgrade my LEGOLAND Windsor Annual Pass into a MERLIN Annual Pass?
Yes, of course. Simply visit the Annual Pass room on your next visit to LEGOLAND Windsor. We will be able to upgrade your Annual Pass, which will be valid until your original expiration date.
Can I upgrade my BASIC Annual Pass into a FULL or MERLIN Annual Pass?
Yes. Simply visit the Annual Pass room at LEGOLAND Windsor to complete your upgrade. We will deduct the cost you paid for your Annual Pass against the cost of the FULL or MERLIN Annual Pass. Your new pass will be valid until your original expiration date. Please visit the Annual Pass room at LEGOLAND Windsor to complete your upgrade.

How do I change my address details?
To change your correspondence details please come to the Annual Pass room on your next visit to the park. Alternatively please inform us of the changes in writing and post to the following address

How do I change my email address?
Simply click on the 'update profile' link on any email you receive from us in the future. Or you can sign up your new email address by clicking here.
I no longer want to receive mailings from you. What do I need to do?
If it is email mailings you want to unsubscribe from, simply click on the unsubscribe link contained within the email. To unsubscribe from postal mailings you can simply pop in to the Annual Pass room at LEGOLAND Windsor, write to the address above or call 0871 2222 001.
ANNUAL PASS ID CARDS
How do I replace a lost/stolen Annual Pass ID card?
If you have lost or had your Annual Pass ID card stolen, please inform us as soon as possible by visiting the park or calling 0871 2222 001. We will issue you with a new pass when you next visit the Park. Please bring along some identification with you. There is a £10 fee to replace a lost card.
Please note: if you purchased a MERLIN Annual Pass from another attraction we will be unable to issue you with a replacement from LEGOLAND Windsor nor will we be able to grant you access to the park without a valid Annual Pass. Please contact the attraction where you purchased your Annual Pass from.
When can I find out the expiry date of my Annual Pass?
Your expiry date is shown on your photo ID card.
Can I use my Annual Pass on the date that it expires?
Yes, you can use your Annual Pass on the date that it expires.
special events
Can I use my Annual Pass to gain entry to special events?
If you have a FULL or MERLIN Annual Pass then you will be able to use it to gain entry. However, if you have a BASIC Annual Pass you will need to upgrade into a FULL or MERLIN Annual Pass to gain entry to special events.
Does an Annual Pass guarantee me entry to special events?
No. Our events are very popular and sometimes when we reach capacity we are unable to allow any more guests into the Park. Therefore, we strongly advise early arrival to ensure entry.
