    • To receive this discount, hand your valid Annual Pass ID card or LIFETIME Pass to a member of staff at the outlet who will swipe your card to activate the discount.
    • We may from time to time analyse your data. This is confidential and will not be made available to external companies, and will only be available to the Merlin Entertainments Group.
    • Discounts are not available on carts or stands, Pirate Goldwash, Climbing Wall, ride photography and gift vouchers.
    • This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is only applicable to full priced products.
    • This offer is only available to guests with a valid Annual Pass or LIFETIME Pass.

    • Free entry to special events for FULL and MERLIN Annual Pass holders and LIFETIME Pass holders.
    • Free entry to special events is not available to BASIC Annual Pass holders.
    • Entry is on a first-come-first-served basis.
    • Annual Pass holder must have their valid Annual Pass in order to gain entry to the Park.
    • Photocopied or duplicated Annual Passes will not be accepted.
    • We cannot guarantee entry to the Park if we reach capacity.
    • Early arrival is advised during special events.

    • Simply present your valid Annual Pass ID card when paying for your game and the discount will be applied.

    • One free regular size coffee per completed loyalty card.
