How to renew
You can renew your Annual Pass online or by calling 0871 2222 001*. Family MERLIN Annual Pass renewals only available via telephone or in person.

What happens after you renew online?
You can renew your Annual Pass up to 60 days after it expires. Once you renew online you will be sent an e-ticket which can only be redeemed once your pass has expired. Please exchange this e-ticket at the Annual Pass Room when you visit for your new pass. Your new 12 month period will begin as soon as your current pass expires.

Annual Pass already expired?

If you have a pass that expired more than 60 days ago, don't worry as you can still receive our great offers. Simply bring your old pass (or some photo ID if you no longer have it) to the Guest Services window on your next visit or call 0871 2222 001.
