Discover Education
LEGOLAND is the perfect setting for our Active Learning Programmes, all which are National Curriculum relevant and specifically designed to support the learning needs of children aged 5 to 13 years old.
As you would expect, all our workshops utillise the world's finest educational play materials - LEGO® bricks! Workshops last about 45 minutes, are run by LEGOLAND Windsor's trained educational staff, and are adaptable for use by pupils with special educational needs.
Each workshop is accompanied by a FREE Teacher's Resource Pack, full of activity ideas for before, during and after your visit. It suggests topic preparatory work and gives ideas on how to seek out the subject in the Park; also providing a range of optional activities when your group returns to the classroom. Want to see the teaching resources before booking your visit? You can! To gain unlimited access to a wide range of teaching resources simply register for free at www.merlinlearning.co.uk
A FREE Teacher Planning Visit is included with every booking, which can be taken up any day before the school's visit. This is highly recommended for carrying out those all important risk assessments and exploring discovery-based education at LEGOLAND yourself.
