FAQ
Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.
If you have a question that is not shown below or require any further information please email us on food@LEGOLAND.co.uk
1. Can we reserve a table?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service. However, outside the lunchtime period of 12pm to 2pm, our restaurants are quieter, allowing larger groups to sit together.
2. Can we bring picnics?
Picnics can be brought to the park, but restaurant tables are for the sole use of guests purchasing food within the park.
3. What baby facilities do you offer?
We are expanding our range for babies and infants this year. In City Walk and the Pitstop Diner, we continue to offer baby food suitable for babies aged 4-6 months. Both restaurants contain baby stations, where parents can heat food, including babies’ bottles.
We have now extended this range to include Heinz Mum’s Own Recipe for babies aged 10-12 months. We are also introducing a range of snacks for babies and infants, suitable from 6 months.
4. Do you serve halal food?
Yes, the piri-piri chicken served in Crossed Ribs is halal. Unfortunately, the chicken in Knights’ Table is not at present, although we are trying to source this.

6. What food safety training do LEGOLAND Windsor staff receive?
LEGOLAND Windsor staff are trained to Food Safety Level 2, which is externally accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. The majority of our restaurant managers are actually to trained to Food Safety Level 4, which is a five day course. We recently trained our restaurant managers in Special Diets and Healthier Eating, again accredited by the CIEH, to help deal with specific dietary requests from guests. As such, we work to the very highest standards.
