You get three hours with your private host and the rest of the day to explore at your leisure! Please note that dining is only available in your hosted time period. We also recommend that three hours is plenty to enjoy the park with our VIP services.
Yes, carers must also pay for their experience; however we do offer a discounted ticket for carers upon proof of eligibility. Please contact us at vip@legoland.co.uk to enquire further.
Unfortunately not, our peak dates are likely to sell out months in advance so we recommend securing your preferred date early to avoid disappointment.
We have a variety of food outlets and concessions open for Christmas with enough to cater for all tastes! Your dining is only for use in the theme park and not the hotels, there will be at least one family restaurant open in the theme park for a sit down meal if required. We recommend if you have any dietary concerns that you contact the team as no refunds will be given if the dining is not suitable on the day.
Unfortunately not, as all families are hosted privately we are unable to alter the date or time once booked, please ensure you are able to make your visit date and time as no refunds will be given under these circumstances.
Another fantastic VIP Christmas Day today, our 4th year running and never disappoints! Our wonderful host was the kindest member of staff I have met, our kids loved him and nothing was ever too much trouble.
