Covid-19 – Information for Guests

Following the latest Government guidelines, and given the continued uncertainty about when we will be able to reopen, we are now asking guests with short breaks up to and including 3rd July to rearrange their bookings.

Guests with pre-booked theme park tickets for dates when the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is closed will be able to use their tickets during the 2020 theme park season which runs until 1st November.

Please review the FAQs below to find out how your booking is affected and who to contact if you need further assistance.

Since we closed on 20th March, we’ve been working hard to make sure that when we are able to reopen, it will be in the safest way possible.

As part of Merlin Entertainments, we’ve been taking advice from our friends all over the world and from social distancing measures to enhanced cleaning regimes, we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure that you have a brilliant, safe visit.

Our Operations Director, Karen, explains more about our preparations for reopening here

We’re ready to help you build new family memories so for now, keep smiling, clapping and supporting each other and we’ll see you soon!

A: We still don’t know for sure whether the phased timing set out by the Government will change or be extended.  We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you up to date with any changes – either from government or from our own plans. We want to get back to doing what we do best – creating magical family memories for you, our guests. Please check our website and social media channels for further updates.

Any short break bookings for stays on or after 4th July 2020 will, at this time, be subject to regular terms and conditions.
