Frequently Asked Questions

A: Yes. Most restaurants and other food outlets will be open at different times throughout the day selling a variety of hot and cold meals, snacks, ice-creams and drinks. Vending machines will also be available across the Resort.

A: We are not accepting cash anywhere on the Resort so please be ready to pay for items with a contactless bank card or Apple Pay.

A: In line with Government regulations, guests aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering/mask when entering and exiting our restaurants and when queuing inside for food and drink*

You are permitted to remove to remove yours masks to consume food and beverages when seated.

Guests who simply do not wish to wear a mask in indoor spaces will be refused entry into enclosed buildings, including restaurants.

Guests who continuously ignore the rules will be kindly asked to leave the Resort.

* People with certain health conditions and people with a disability are exempt.

A: We have rearranged our dining areas to ensure there is a safe distance between tables and in communal dining spaces, we have either removed seats or blocked them off.

A: In line with Government regulations, we have amended our food service so that all food and drink is ordered from and served at one of our dining tables.

Where food or drink is available for purchase to eat or drink away from the outlet, it will still be possible for guests to order and be served at the counter/bar.

A: Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink into the Park. As LEGOLAND Windsor is predominantly an outdoor attraction, please be aware there are limited covered areas outside to each lunch. Please also note that our drinking water fountains will not be available, so we recommend you bring your own water or purchase it from one of our shops or restaurants.
