Only when you are using the seating facilities inside or outside of the restaurant. You don’t have to use the app if you are having take-away. All members of your party aged 16+ must scan the app. If you do not have access to a smartphone we will securely log your details. As per Government legislation; failure to use the app or provide your details will result in you not being permitted into the restaurant.
Yes, our restaurants will be operating a takeaway-only service and there will be outdoor seating available.
Our other food outlets will be open at different times throughout the day selling a variety of snacks, ice-creams and drinks. Vending machines will also be available across the Resort.
We are not accepting cash anywhere on the Resort so please be ready to pay for items with a contactless bank card or Apple Pay.
In line with Government regulations, our indoor restaurants will open from 17 May and guests aged 11 and over* will be required to wear a face covering/mask when inside our restaurants. Guests will be required to wear a face mask when ordering take-away inside the restaurant.
Guests who simply do not wish to wear a mask in indoor spaces will be refused entry into enclosed buildings, including restaurants. Indoor restaurants will open from 17th May 2021, before this time we will have takeaway-only service and outdoor seating available.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink into the Park. As LEGOLAND Windsor is predominantly an outdoor attraction, please be aware there are limited covered areas outside to each lunch. Please also note that our drinking water fountains will not be available, so we recommend you bring your own water or purchase it from one of our shops or restaurants.
