Please be assured that we work in close cooperation with the local health authority to support any direct enquiries to them and will act immediately upon their advice. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and we will continue to monitor the situation at our attraction closely, taking all necessary precautions.
We have reduced the number of guests we are allowing to visit the park each day to give our guests the best possible experience when they visit us for their day out.
We will still be displaying QR codes for customers wishing to check in using the NHS COVID-19 app, or to continue collecting customer contact details to support NHS Test and Trace, however scanning this will no longer be a legal requirement.
Face masks are not compulsory at the Resort. Whilst legal requirements have been lifted, you may see some signage stating “Face coverings recommended” which will be displayed at entry points into our indoor attraction areas or high footfall areas. Please be considerate of our staff and guests choosing to wear a mask.
We have installed hand sanitiser at the entrance and exit of each ride and we ask guests to use this before and after they ride, as well as regularly washing their hands during the day. All ride seats, restraints and surrounding areas are cleaned daily as well as before the Park opens and when it closes.
Yes, hand sanitiser will be available at various points throughout the Resort for guests and staff, including at the entrance and exit of each ride.
As always, our staff and guest’s safety and wellbeing is our top priority. All staff complete regular Covid-19 training relating to our additional health and safety measures, informing them how to stay safe, and how to keep you safe.
