  • Deep Sea Adventure
  • The Dragon
  • Laser Raiders
  • Haunted House Monster Party
  • LEGO® NINJAGO® The Ride

A: You will see clear markers and signs within queues to allow for social distancing and our teams will monitor these to ensure there is a safe distance between guests. Please do observe all of these markers and our team’s directions.

A: To minimise contact between parties we will be leaving empty seats and rows between guests on our rides.

A: For everyone’s safety and to ensure the best possible guest experience we have reduced the number of guests that we let into the Resort each day.

Because of the social distancing markers in our queue lines and the need to leave some rows and seats empty on the rides, you may have to wait slightly longer for some rides at weekends and in school holidays.

We’ll be doing everything we can to keep queue times to a minimum and we thank you for your patience and cooperation as we all work together to make sure everyone has a brilliant, safe day out.

A: All ride seats, restraints and surrounding areas will be frequently and thoroughly cleaned throughout the day, as well as before the Park opens and when it closes. We have installed hand sanitiser at the entrance and exit of each ride and we ask guests to use this before and after they ride, as well as regularly washing their hands during the day.

A: This Christmas the park will be bursting at the seams with holiday spirit, packed with more festive entertainment than ever before including LEGO Friends Carol Singing, a fun DUPLO Puppet pantomime* and an amazing Holiday Harbour lights show featuring a very special guest – all never been seen at LEGOLAND before.

In line with Government guidance for live performances, we have made some modifications to the shows that are taking place to ensure our actors can safely socially distance from each other and guests.

After carefully reviewing the Return to Skeleton Bay Harbour Show, we felt that the changes required would have too big of an impact on the overall experience for guests and we therefore made the difficult decision not to bring the show back for 2020.

We apologise for any disappointment and thank you for your understanding.

* Subject to availability

A: Yes. Every day a number of our characters will be ready and waiting to meet you. Please visit the LEGOLAND Windsor app on the day of your visit for the latest information.

For everyone’s safety, we have modified the way in which character meet and greets take place and all characters will be at a safe distance from guests.
