Our usual services and facilities will be open, including toilets, baby-changing facilities, First Aid and Guest Services. Unfortunately, we are unable to open our Sensory Space facility from 12th April 2021 although the reception area will be open for Ride Access Pass activation and support each day.
We are not accepting cash anywhere on the Resort so please be ready to pay for items with a contactless bank card or Apple Pay.

In line with Government guidance, we have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes throughout the day, floor markers and guests may notice a small number of cubicles and washbasins blocked off to ensure there is always a safe distance between guests.
In line with UK Government regulations, guests* aged 11 and over will also be required to wear a face covering/mask when using and queuing indoors for the toilets.
* People with certain health conditions and people with a disability are exempt.
No, these will not be in use. Water is available to purchase at all food & beverage facilities.
Yes, our First Aid Centre in Heartlake City will be open. For everyone’s safety our team will look a little different to before with face shields and aprons.
Yes, Guest Services located at The Beginning will be open. For everyone’s safety, we are limiting the number of guests inside at any one time, introducing a one-way system and our staff will be behind protective screens. During busy times we may ask guests to contact our team via email or phone.
For everyone’s safety, and to minimise contact between guests and our staff, our team will not be swapping POP Badges with guests when we reopen. We hope to reintroduce this as soon as it is safe to do so.
