Guests who qualify for the Ride Access Pass should go to Guest Services, either in The Beginning or in Heartlake City, with suitable documentation stating the nature of their disability.

Buying Tickets and Entering the Park
Guests able to provide evidence of their disability (e.g. blue/orange badge or similar) will be entitled to bring a helper free of charge (please present your ticket and disabled proof to the member of staff at the ticket booths to receive your free helper ticket).
Park tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Booths located in The Beginning or in advance on our website. When you book online, you can save time by printing your ticket before you arrive and presenting them at the turnstiles for entry into the Resort.
Guests with Print At Home tickets need to simply speak to a staff member and provide suitable documents to collect their Helper Ticket.
Guests who require help purchasing their tickets should speak to a staff member who will be happy to assist them.
Wheelchair users will be able to enter the Park via the gate on the far left of the turnstiles.
The pathways are suitable for wheelchairs, however they can be steep in sections and guests may require additional assistance. An alternative route to the steep pathways on exit is to take the Hill Train. If the Hill Train is not operational, please speak to a member of the Attractions team or visit Guest Services in Heartlake City for assistance.
Wheelchair users may remain within their chair on the following rides and attractions:
- LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland Model Display
- Aero Nomad
- Heartlake Express
- Olivia's House
- Hill Train
- Loki’s Labyrinth
- X-Box® 360 Gaming Zone.
Many rides & attractions are accessible to wheelchair users either via the main entrance lines or via the Q Bot entrance.
Manual wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis from Guest Services in The Beginning. They cannot be booked in advance. A refundable deposit is required.
Getting Around the Resort
Individual lands are clearly marked by signposts around the Resort and there are 2 large scaled maps located at The Beginning and at the bottom of the Hill Train.
We’d recommend picking up a copy of the Resort guide as you enter the Resort and using it to help you navigate between lands. Alternatively, you can download the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort app and use the interactive map.
The Resort can be steep in places, however, a fun alternative to walking up or down the hill is to take the Hill Train. All pathways are suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Guests with a disability can obtain a transferable helper’s Annual Pass. Please visit the Annual Pass Room for more details. Suitable documentation evidencing the disability together with the disabled guest's Annual Pass must be shown.
Each toilet block has at least one toilet accessible to guests with disabilities. An additional toilet is situated in the Baby Care Centre in Heartlake City. These are all clearly marked. Each wheelchair accessible toilet is fitted with an alarm that can be activated in an emergency.
The First Aid Centre is located in Heartlake City. Entrance is through Guest Services. Qualified First Aid staff will be on duty at all times. Our First Aid centre includes a hoist and is fully equipped for guests with disabilities. Guests who wish to change or undertake their own special treatments may use our first aid facilities
