A Q-Bot allows you to reserve a place in a virtual queue line for your favourite rides without having to actually stand in line!

Rent your Q-Bot.
Select your ride using the Q-Bot buttons.
Receive your ride time on the Q-Bot screen.
Explore the Park, visit our shops and restaurants or, if you have time, ride a different ride.
Go to your chosen ride on or after your allocated time.
Enter via the Q-Bot entrance.
Enjoy the ride!

Q-Bot Regular

With Q-Bot Regular your virtual queue time reflects the same time as the actual queue length, leaving you time to explore the Resort while you wait!

Add on attractions available: Atlantis Submarine Voyage and Boating School, plus instant access to your first ride before 11am. These attractions can be added to to a Q-Bot Regular for an additional charge and can only be purchased at the Resort.

Q-Bot Express

Q-Bot Express reduces your waiting time by 75%. Now you can ride your favourite rides more quickly.

The Q-Bot Ultimate cuts your queue time down by up to 95%, giving you access to your favourite rides without the wait!

	How much does Q-Bot cost?
Q-Bots are priced as follows - Q-Bot Regular: £15, Q-Bot Express: £40, Q-Bot Ultimate: £70 per person. In addition, a credit or debit card will be required for a £50 deposit for each Q-Bot device you rent. This deposit is to cover any loss or damage to the Q-Bot. This is taken via a manual swipe deposit slip of the credit/debit card. When you return the Q-Bot undamaged your deposit slip will be returned to you.
	Where can we buy the Q-Bot in the park?
There are 2 places in the park to purchase the Q-Bot. These are the Q-Bot Nerve Centre found in The Beginning next to The Big Shop, and a smaller booth which can be found down in LEGO City opposite the Climbing Wall.
	If we buy Q-Bots online, do we get them from the same place in the park?
There is a separate Q-Bot collection point for those guests who have pre-booked their Q-Bot, either with their LEGOLAND Holiday or via the LEGOLAND Windsor website. The dedicated Q-Bot pre book collection point is located next to the LEGO BIG Shop.
	Can I get any Annual Pass discounts on the Q-Bot?
There is a 10% discount for Annual Pass holders available for all levels of Q-Bot rented at the Park. Annual pass holders are also entitled to a 50% discount after 2pm on off-peak days and a 50% discount after 3pm on peak days. ^{Subject to availability and on a first come first served basis, 50% discount only applies to regular Q-bots.}
	How many people can we have on a Q-Bot?
It is possible to fit up to 6 people on each Q-Bot (prices are charged per person). It is possible to split parties over several Q-Bots if you wish to separate during the day. An extra deposit will be taken for the additional Q-Bot to cover loss or damage.
	Can we plan our entire day on the Q-Bot before going into the park?
It is only possible to book one ride at a time on the Q-Bot, but you can reserve the same ride as many times as you want.
	How does Q-Bot work with Under 3’s?
There is no charge for Under 3’s on Q-Bot. They do not go on to the Q-Bot device but if they meet the ride restrictions for the ride then they can accompany the Q-Bot user onto the ride.
	How does Q-Bot work with Parent swap?
Q-Bot will work in conjunction with the parent swap system. Both the parent and all children wishing to ride will need to be covered by the Q-Bot device.
	I have booked my Q-Bot for two days, do I need to return it or can I take it home and bring it back on the second day?
You must return the Q-Bot at the end of your first day. All Q-Bots will reset overnight. Guests with two day vouchers will be required to re-rent the Q-Bot on their second day using their booking reference details. On both days you will proceed to the pre-book area in order to collect your Q-Bot.

Q-Bot Terms & Conditions

A £50 refundable deposit applies per Q-Bot rental. This will be taken in the form of a manual credit card swipe.
Should the Q-Bot be lost or damaged in any way, a £50 charge will be made.
A charge of £5 will be made for any lost or damaged Q-Bot caribina.
Guests are advised that for technical, operational and other reasons beyond our control, any activity ride or show may be closed or otherwise unavailable at any time.
Children under 3 are not required to pay for Q-Bot. They may accompany Q-Bot users on reserved rides – height, weight and age restrictions permitting.
The Q-Bot must be returned to the Q-Bot Nerve Centre. Failure to do this will result in your credit or debit card being charged the £50 swiped when you picked up the device.
Age, height, health and weight restrictions apply on certain rides and attractions.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
There will be times when Q-Bot holders will be required to wait past their allocated slot due to unforeseen circumstances.
LEGOLAND Windsor operates an Exit pass policy for some guests with disabilities. This may result in guests with Exit passes taking loading priority over other guests on some rides and attractions.
Parties may have to split up on carriages that are not suitable for the number in their group.
No refund or partial refunds are available for Q-Bots after or on completion of the first booked ride.
Q-Bots are valid for select rides and attractions in park and these are subject to change.
All Imagination Theatre 4-D Shows must be booked from the show terminal found in The Beginning area or at the Satellite Booth in Lego City. A valid reservation must be shown at the theatre to guarantee entry.
Q-Bot cannot be used for parking, restaurants, educational workshops, Climbing Wall, Pirate Goldwash and any other additionally charged activities.
Q-Bot operates a pricing structure, trading calendar and discount options. Prices may vary based on time of purchase and provider. LEGOLAND reserves the right to change these without notice.
Annual Pass holders who wish to obtain discount must produce a valid Annual Pass for each guest they wish the discount to apply to.
