Q-BOT Virtual Queuing System

A Q-bot allows you to reserve a place in a virtual queue line for your favourite rides without having to actually stand in line!

Each Q-bot allows up to a maximum of six members of your party to queue together, however it wil be set to the number of places you pay for. All normal ride restrictions, as advertised in the Park Guide and at all ride entrances, still apply.

It’s easy!

1 – Rent your Q-bot

2 – Select your ride using the Q-bot buttons

3 – Receive your ride time on the Q-bot screen

4 – Explore the park, visit our shops and restaurants or, if you have time, ride a different ride!

5 – Go to your chosen ride on or after your allocated time

6 – Enter via the Q-bot entrance

7 – Enjoy the ride!

8 – Repeat this simple process for your next ride.

An online reservation can be made for a future date only. If you would like to rent a Q-bot on the day, please do this at the Park. We accept reservations up to 4pm for a visit the next day. Please check the operating calendar for closed or unavailable days.

There is a £10 charge per person on each Q-bot. Children under 3 are not required to pay but still count towards the six people allowed per Q-bot. Please note, for verification purposes, all guests who have a reservation must arrive at the nerve centre together to collect the Q-bot. A manual card swipe will be required for the purpose of a refundable deposit so please have your credit card to hand.

At the end of your visit you must return the Q-bot to the Q-bot nerve centre. Failure to return the Q-bot undamaged will mean that your credit or debit card will be charged the non-return fee you agree to pay on collection of the Q-bot.
