Kick off your Christmas shopping and Black Friday* bargains with a little extra excitement at The LEGO® Store. Visit the Resort from 4pm until 8pm on selected dates** for additional Christmas Shopping hours.
Every guest who joins us for late-night shopping will receive a Raffle Ticket upon entry for the chance to win a LEGO prize plus some exciting redeemable rewards such as VIP Experiences, LEGOLAND® day tickets and exclusive discounts. No minimum purchase required.
Make it a family event and warm up with refreshments at the LEGOLAND Coffee Co then head into LEGOLAND® Adventure Golf to kickstart the Christmas games!

The opening hours and operating days at LEGOLAND Windsor vary. Please visit our opening times page or download the official LEGOLAND app to check the hours of operation on specified days.
Guests are welcome to enter the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to visit The LEGO Store.* Please visit our Ticket Office in The Beginning Area where you will be charged a full-priced entry ticket for you to go through the turnstiles. We allow 45 minutes for you to fulfil your shopping. You will then be required to return to the Ticket Office to receive a refund for your entry ticket.
* Please note: This service will be unavailable if we have reached our Theme Park capacity. The car parking grace period is 1 hour. Therefore, past this point, you will need to purchase a parking ticket if you have arrived by car.
If you have changed your mind about a retail merchandise product purchased from one of our retail outlets; we will be happy to help. Simply visit one of our shops at the Resort within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange; ensuring the below criteria are met:
- The product is in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
- The product is unused, undamaged and unopened with all contents intact
- Provide the original itemised receipt when returning the product
