LEGOLAND® Day Ticket Gift Voucher

When you're ready to book your ticket(s), click ‘Redeem’ on the LEGOLAND® Ticket Voucher webpage. You will then be asked to enter the number of tickets, select your visit date, and enter your gift codes. You can find your gift codes on the order confirmation email, where it says ‘Ticket #’. Once you have entered your gift codes, complete the order and your tickets will be emailed to you.

Yes, you can book multiple LEGOLAND® tickets in a single purchase if you have multiple gift codes. The more the merrier!

All LEGOLAND® Ticket Gift Vouchers will expire on 31st October 2026, meaning they must have been redeemed and the tickets must have been used by this date. Any vouchers or tickets not used by this date will expire and are not eligible for future use.

Please note that vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold, refunded, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!

This voucher is your ticket to an AWESOME day out at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Theme Park. It cannot be redeemed for tickets to any other attraction, and cannot be used at LEGOLAND® Adventure Golf, in shops and restaurants, or for any other purpose.

This voucher is valid for Theme Park entry at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort only, and cannot be used for tickets to LEGOLAND Adventure Golf. However, should you wish to ‘tee off’ on your visit, Golf tickets can be booked online in advance from just £10pp.

If your gift codes are not working, no worries! First, just double-check that it hasn’t expired and that you’re entering the code(s) correctly. If you're still having trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team on 01753 626416. We’re here for you from 9:30AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday.

If you have multiple gift codes to use, feel free to redeem them all at once, or in separate transactions. Just make sure to redeem all codes and use the tickets by their expiry date of 2nd November 2025.

If you have lost the gift codes associated with your voucher, don’t worry – we can help. Please reach out to our Contact Centre team on 01753 626416, who will be happy to help. We’re here for you from 9:30AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday. However, please be aware that due to GDPR rules, the gift codes will have to be resent to the person who purchased the voucher, rather than the person who it has been gifted to.

LEGOLAND^® 2026 Day Ticket Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Day Ticket Gift Vouchers are issued by Merlin Attractions Operations Limited.
2. Day Ticket Gift Vouchers are valid to be redeemed only with Merlin Attractions Operations Limited as LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Day Tickets booked on visit dates between 14th February 2026 and 31st October 2026, dates are subject to the park operating calendar, which can be found here. Please note, all tickets are subject to availability. Please check the attraction website in advance of booking. A cap of 200 tickets per day will be applied to the number of Day Ticket Gift Voucher tickets that can be booked for certain peak visit dates, which are set out in the Schedule to these terms; when that cap has been exceeded for a particular date, Day Ticket Gift Vouchers can no longer be used to purchase tickets for that date.
3. Day Ticket Gift Vouchers must be redeemed via the LEGOLAND website and tickets must be used by 31st October 2026. The voucher and/or redeemed tickets cannot be used after this expiration date.
4. Vouchers and/or redeemed tickets cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash for any reason.
5. This voucher can only be used for Day Tickets for entry at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort (the ‘Attraction’). Vouchers cannot be used at any shops or restaurants at the Attraction, or for any other purpose.
6. All Day Ticket Gift Voucher bookings will be subject to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Terms and Conditions. Where part or all of a refund-eligible reservation was purchased using a Day Ticket Gift Voucher, you will receive a Day Ticket Gift Voucher to the value of the number of Gift Voucher tickets refunded.
7. Multiple Day Ticket Gift Vouchers may be purchased at a time – however, should all gift codes not be used in one transaction, the remaining gift codes will still be available to use, subject to the same original expiration date.
8. MERLIN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND MERLIN’S SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER.
9. By purchasing a Day Ticket Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
10. All Day Ticket reservations are subject to all applicable terms and conditions set out by the Attraction, including the Attraction’s Terms and Conditions of Entry.
11. Merlin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice and at any time.
