Yes! Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND Annual Passholders can receive an exclusive rate on our Standard and Premium LEGOLAND Playroom and Adventure Golf packages. Please contact the team directly for further information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if a guest is no longer able to attend your booking. You are still able to receive all the stated inclusions for the paid guest, or alternatively you can bring another guest in their place. Please note in this instance, we are unable to adjust any food and beverage preferences.

Please contact the team if you wish to add guests to your existing booking. For this to be accommodated, payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the date of your booking.

Adults are welcome to attend any LEGOLAND Birthday at no additional cost. Unfortunately, they will not receive any inclusions of the LEGOLAND Birthday. If attending an Adventure Golf party, adults will not be entitled to play a round themselves. All guests must purchase a standard day ticket if they wish to access the park before, during or after the party.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, however, candles are not provided, meaning, you must bring your own standard cake candles or number candles. Please note that the use of sparklers is prohibited.

External food is not permitted in either the LEGOLAND Playroom or LEGOLAND Adventure Golf venues due to allergen and cross-contamination restrictions. If you have any dietary requirements or concerns, please get in touch with a member of our team who will be happy to assist.

Our LEGOLAND Playroom packages require a minimum of ten and a maximum of thirty guests, while LEGOLAND Adventure Golf packages require a minimum of eight and a maximum of twenty-four guests.

Due to the high demand and limited availability of our packages, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requested changes in dates. If you require a date change, please enquire with one of our team members for further assistance.

We recommend booking as early as possible, as our packages have extremely limited availability. Our Birthdays Terms & Conditions require at least seven days’ notice to confirm your booking, with full payment taken at the time of booking, and food choices submitted at least seven days before your party.

We do our best to cater for allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible. As external food isn’t permitted in our party venues due to allergen and cross-contamination restrictions, please let a member of our team know about any dietary needs when you book, so we can help plan the best options for your LEGOLAND birthday party.

Standard car parking charges apply for most birthday party guests, though our Adventure Golf packages include two hours of free standard parking. If you’re staying at one of our Resort hotels, parking is free for the duration of your stay. 

Remember, Gold and Platinum Merlin Annual Passholders can enjoy free parking.
