Convo is an online video interpreting service that connects individuals with qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters.
We have partnered with Convo to offer our guests the option to communicate using BSL.
Your Convo interpreter serves as the intermediary between you and a member of our team.
How do I use Convo?
When you first use Convo you’ll need to create a free account with them.
To use the Convo interpretation service you’ll either need:
- A computer with a webcam, microphone and speakers.
- A tablet.
- A smartphone.
The device must be on WiFi or have a good mobile signal so you don’t lose connection.
Find your chosen attraction under the Community Directory and tap ‘call’. This is a free service available when our phonelines are open.

At this current time, we are internally reviewing our BSL offering here at the Resort and awaiting further updates from our Entertainment Team as to when we can expect dates for shows which are BSL interpreted this year.
