Your digital Annual Pass will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase either online or at the Ticket Office.
Once you have purchased your pass(es), you will receive a confirmation email. You can then click the link to ‘view tickets’ and then save them to the digital wallet on your phone or pin the confirmation email for easy access to your pass.
Yes, if you have purchased multiple passes these can all be saved in your phone’s wallet.
Annual Passholders with additional needs are able to obtain one complimentary Carer Annual Pass - this is transferable between carers; the carer pass is issued to the disabled guests and carers' passes will have the name, date of birth and a photo of the disabled guest.
Applications for a Carer Annual Pass will require the following details:
- Name of Annual Pass Holder who requires a carer
- LEGOLAND Annual Pass ID Number
- Supporting documentation:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award.
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).
- A valid Blue Badge.
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
- A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
- Credibility’s Access Card.

Yes. All Annual Passholders still need to pre-book tickets before heading the Resort. This is to ensure we are managing the capacity at the Resort and keeping our guests safe. You will be able to pre-book and amend your tickets using our online booking system. Once you have made a booking, you will be sent your ticket via email.
No, special event days are included with all Annual Passes however exclusion days apply and you may need to purchase an exclusion day ticket to enter on certain days.
Please fill out all personal information for the person who will be the passholder. You can then forward to confirmation email with ‘view tickets’ link to the passholder.
Please log onto your email via an alternative device and access your pass via the original confirmation email.

We're excited to reveal from 18th November 2025, we’ll be introducing a brand-new LEGOLAND Annual Pass! As a result of this update, we’ll no longer sell Adult & Toddler, Silver, and Gold Annual Passes.
If you are an existing LEGOLAND Passholder, please be assured you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Annual Pass until it expires, and when it's time to renew, we hope you'll choose to transition to the new LEGOLAND Annual Pass to unlock another year of amazing days out!
Don't worry, your current Pass is still valid. Your existing Pass will continue to work exactly as normal until it expires, complete with all the benefits you signed up for. After that date, you won't be able to renew or buy a new Adult & Toddler, Silver or Gold LEGOLAND Annual Pass. However, you'll have some awesome alternatives available, including our brand-new LEGOLAND Annual Pass or even a Merlin Annual Pass
Unfortunately, there is no renewal discount on the new LEGOLAND Annual Pass.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 4 months of purchase. If your gift voucher has not yet expired, then it will still be honoured, and you may redeem as normal.
The brand-new LEGOLAND Annual Pass has been designed to build even more family memories and value for money. For just £64 you can unlock a huge 237 days of awesome fun, plus you’ll get discounted entry on exclusion dates!
While it’s true that some benefits from the old Adult & Toddler Silver and Gold LEGOLAND Annual passes are no longer included in the new Annual Pass, the lower price of just £64 and 237 days of Park entry has been designed to offer more family memories and value for money. If you’re looking for additional benefits these are still available through the Merlin Annual Pass, details of which can be found above.
You don't need to do anything until your Pass expires. Your current Pass is still valid and you can continue to enjoy all your existing benefits as normal until it expires. When it’s time to renew, you can purchase the new LEGOLAND Annual Pass through our website, or at the Ticket Office at the Resort just as you did with your current Pass.
We’re so glad that you’re interested in unlocking another year of memories with us. The renewal price was a loyalty benefit specific to the Adult & Toddler, Silver and Gold Pass structure. As the new LEGOLAND Annual Pass is a separate product designed with a different set of benefits and pricing, the previous renewal discount does not apply.
