Important Information

To ensure social distancing can be maintained across the Resort in line with Government guidance, and for the best possible guest experience, we have taken the very difficult decision to not currently offer school or group visits for the remainder of 2020.

Whilst continuing to monitor the situation, following all Government and public health guidance, we are now accepting bookings for 2021.

In line with Government and Public Health guidelines our Workshops are available to book from the beginning of the 2021 Season. To ensure social distancing is maintained all workshops will be run at a reduced capacity to a maximum of 15 students per workshop. Fewer workshops will be available each day to allow time for additional cleaning of the Education Centre, before the next workshop takes place. You can download our Risk Assessment for more details.

Good to Go!

We’re delighted to be awarded the VisitEngland ‘We’re Good to Go!’ industry charter mark. This means our Resort meets the government and public health guidance on Covid-19 and that we have all health and safety processes in place.

Please note if your group is visiting us by coach, they also need to be carrying a ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry charter mark in order to gain access to the resort.

In line with the latest Government guidance in response to the covid-19 pandemic, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is temporarily closed.

Our 2021 Brick Week event between 13th and 21st February will not take place and our Resort Hotels will remain temporarily closed until at least 28th February 2021.

All Park guests with 2021 Brick Week bookings, or guests who had bookings between 19th December 2020 and 4th January 2021 when the Resort was also closed, will be able to move their booking to a new date.

All short break guests with bookings between 19th December 2020 and up to and including 28th February 2021 will have already been contacted by our team via email with details of how to rearrange your stay.
