Return Guarantee

In exceptional circumstances, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort may offer a Return Guarantee, allowing eligible guests to enjoy a complimentary return visit on a future date (exclusions apply).

The process to secure your return visit is easy! Follow the steps below:​

  • Keep hold of your original tickets​
  • Check your original visit date is on the list below​
  • Pre-book your FREE return visit​
  • Take your original tickets and your pre-booking confirmation to our Ticket Office in the Beginning Area
  • Receive your Theme Park entry tickets

Our Return Guarantee does not apply to Annual Passes. The Free return does not include any additional products purchased for your initial visit, including (but not limited to) Short Breaks, Fastrack, Freestyle Cups, VIP Experiences.

Visitors who attended the park on the following dates are eligible for a free return visit under the Return Guarantee:

  • 11 October 2026 (Return visit valid until 30 June 2027)

  • No cash alternative is available; tickets cannot be sold.
  • The Return Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Return Tickets will only be issued at the Ticket Office upon presentation of an original valid ticket.
  • Return tickets cannot be sold and ID may be requested for original tickets.
  • Return visit is subject to availability, see website for opening dates and times.
