When you arrive
Please enter the Resort through the main admission gates. Once you’re inside, head straight to Guest Services to complete your ‘Dog Owner Information’ form. This helps us make sure everyone – both two-legged and four-legged – can enjoy a safe and happy day at the Resort.*
Once you’ve completed the form, you’re free to enjoy your day. Check out our Furry Friends FAQs below for more information about bringing your dog to the Resort.
Please note: Refusal to sign your dog in at Guest Services on arrival will result in refusal of admission to the Resort.
Santa Paws Welcome!
Has your pooch been on their best behaviour this year? If they’re on the nice list, bring them along to the Christmas Kingdom to meet Father Christmas during your visit.*
* Dogs are only permitted in the Christmas Kingdom alongside a valid ticket holder with a Christmas Kingdom booking from 5pm onwards.
