VIP Hotel Upgrades Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team require at least 48 hours’ notice when booking experiences and packages, however on the day bookings can potentially be accommodated, dependent on availability. 

1.2 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit. 

1.3 Hotel stay must be purchased separately.

1.4 All VIP Hotel Upgrades are subject to availability. 

1.5 All inclusions of VIP Hotel Upgrades are subject to change and availability.

1.6 An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer, voucher, or incentive unless stated otherwise. A Passholder is only entitled to the discount when a valid LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Pass is present during the time of purchase and day of experience.

1.7 VIP Hotel Upgrades do not include tickets to the Resort or any Ride Access benefits; these must be purchased separately.

2. Refunds and changes

2.1 All VIP Hotel Upgrades are non-refundable however you are entitled to one date change for your experience. Please contact the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort VIP Team to discuss options.

2.2 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort may, at any time, in its absolute discretion, change the inclusions of any VIP Hotel Upgrade at any time.

2.3 The VIP team reserve the right to withdraw any VIP Hotel Upgrades without notice at any time.

2.4 The VIP team reserve the right to withdraw any promotional offers without notice at any time.

 

3. VIP Birthday Upgrade

3.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.

3.2 If the information requested in the confirmation email is not provided within 72 hours of the booking, the VIP Team will select a cake flavour on the guests’ behalf, and the birthday card will not be personalised. These items cannot be swapped after the room has been decorated.

 

4. Mr Gold’s World Adventure

4.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.

4.2 If the information requested in the confirmation email is not provided within 72 hours of the booking, each child will receive the generic LEGO® Gift rather than a gift based on their age. These items cannot be swapped after the experience has taken place.

4.3 One booking will allow 1 room of up to 5 guests on this VIP experience.

 

5. Elf Wake Up Call

5.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.

5.2 If the information requested in the confirmation email is not provided within 72 hours of the booking, the experience will not be personalised.

5.4=3 One booking will allow 1 room of up to 5 guests on this VIP experience.

 

6. VIP Ghoulish Getaway

6.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.

6.2 One booking will allow 1 room of up to 5 guests on this VIP experience.

 

7. VIP Ultimate Ghoulish Getaway

7.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.

7.2 One booking will allow 1 room of up to 5 guests on this VIP experience.

 

8. VIP Hotel Stay

8.1 General

8.11 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team require at least 48 hours’ notice when booking the VIP Hotel Stay Package 

8.12 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit. 

8.13 Hotel Reservation is not included in the VIP Hotel Stay and must be purchased separately.

8.14 The VIP Hotel Stay is subject to availability. 

8.15 All inclusions of VIP Hotel Stay are subject to change and availability.

8.3 Complimentary dinner at The Tournament Tavern

8.31 Each guest is entitled to one meal from our 3-course set menu alongside one soft drink per person.

8.32 The ‘Fair Usage Policy’ covers that all food and beverage consumed within the Complimentary dinner at The Tournament Tavern inclusion must be reasonable and consumed by the end of your meal.

8.4 LEGO Gifts

8.41 Each child will receive a selection of LEGO gifts in the Bespoke LEGO Bundle and the Gift Bundle.

8.42 Guests are entitled to swap the LEGO sets they receive for alternatives should they wish to do so. These can only be swapped for sets that are available from an on-site store and are of the same value. Guests must contact the VIP Team before they check out to swap their gifts.

8.5 Bespoke Family Experience

8.51 Guests are entitled to one Bespoke Family Experience as part of their VIP Hotel Stay.

8.52 The VIP Team will provide a list of the available experiences during the booking process. Experiences available as part of the Bespoke Family Experience are subject to availability.

8.53 Additional Bespoke Family Experiences can be purchased through the VIP Team.

8.6 Park Entry and Unlimited Fastrack

8.61 Guests receive one day entry to the Theme Park as part of the VIP Hotel Stay. If guests wish to visit the Theme Park on an additional date, tickets to do so must be purchased separately.

8.62 Guests are entitled to Unlimited Fastrack Wristbands for one day of their stay. Guests must inform the VIP Team prior to their visit of which date they would like to use their unlimited Fastrack Wristbands for.

 

9. VIP Concierge Service

9.1 The VIP Concierge Service is available to help make breakfast, dinner and swimming reservations prior to your visit, as well as answer any pre-visit queries.

9.2 The VIP Concierge Service is not a physical concierge service that operates within our on-site accommodation.
