LEGOLAND Birthdays Terms of Service
- The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort require at least ten day’s notice when booking experiences and packages, however bookings with a shorter time frame can be accommodated, subject to availability.
- Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit to the Resort.
- All LEGOLAND Birthday packages are non-refundable; however, a date change maybe possible, please contact the team to discuss options.
- All packages and experiences are subject to availability, for any reason that your booking is not able to go ahead, you will be contacted with an alternative arrangement.
- We reserve the right to change or alter the contents at any time due to weather, operational factors, or any other reason.
- Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in one of our on-site hotels, this includes the Pirate Splash and Play.
- Any guests wishing to enter the park must have a valid form of admission or annual pass. For the avoidance of doubt all guests can purchase theme park entry ticket by consulting a member of the team.
- Should a participant be unable to attend on the day, there will be no refund issued.
- The number of hosts will be dependent on the number of guests in your party, additional hosts can be requested subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Items included in your package non-exchangeable or refundable.
- Free parking is available in the Resort hotel car park for the duration of your stay.
- LEGOLAND Birthdays reserve the right to cancel any booking if details have not been confirmed within seven days of the date of your booking.
- LEGOLAND Birthdays reserve the right to withdraw any packages and experiences without notice at any time.

Discounted Park Entry Ticket Offer
- This offer entitles attendees of a LEGOLAND Birthday an exclusive park entry rate at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
- Offer can only be redeemed on the day of your LEGOLAND Birthday booking and exclusive tickets can only be purchased for the same day.
- This offer is valid for standard theme park entry only.
- This offer must be purchased on the day at the attraction. Please speak to a member of the Birthday team for additional information.
- Tickets are subject to availability.
