LEGOLAND Birthdays Terms of Service

General

  • The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team require at least seven days’ notice when booking birthday party packages.
  • Payment for the initial number of guests must be made in full at the point of booking and will confirm your birthday party booking.
  • All LEGOLAND Birthday packages are non-refundable; however, you are entitled to one date change with at least 2 week’s notice.
  • All packages and experiences are subject to availability, for any reason that your booking is not able to go ahead, you will be contacted with an alternative arrangement.
  • All inclusions are subject to availability, the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team reserve the right to change or alter the contents at any time.
  • Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in one of our on-site hotels, this includes the Pirate Splash and Play
  • Free parking is available in the Resort hotel car park for the duration of your stay.
  • An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer, voucher, or incentive unless stated otherwise. A Passholder is only entitled to the discount when a valid LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Pass is present during the time of purchase and day of experience.
  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the overall LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort terms and conditions which can be found here. 

Additional Guests

  • Additional guests can be added on to your booking at any point from the initial booking, up to seven days prior to your party.
  • All guests participating in the birthday party activities require a paid ticket. Guests without a paid ticket will not receive any of the inclusions.
  • Parents and siblings of party guests are welcome to attend, but they will not receive any of the inclusions.

Discounted Park Entry Ticket Offer

  •  Any guests wishing to enter the park must have a valid form of admission or Annual Pass. For the avoidance of doubt all guests can purchase Theme Park entry ticket by consulting a member of the team.
  • Offer can only be redeemed on the day of your LEGOLAND Birthday booking and exclusive tickets can only be purchased for the same day.
  • Tickets are subject to availability.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Should a participant be unable to attend on the day, there will be no refund issued.
  • Items included in your package are non-exchangeable or refundable.
  • The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team reserve the right to cancel any booking if details have not been confirmed within seven days of the date of your booking.
  • The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team reserve the right to withdraw any packages and experiences without notice at any time.

Food 

  • All food choices must be submitted to the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team at least seven days prior to your party. The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team will pre-select food on your behalf if your food choices are not submitted in time.
  • The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort aims to cater to allergies and intolerances where possible. If the Resort is unable to provide a suitable substitute, you will be contacted.

Additional Inclusions

  • Additional inclusions can be purchased from the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team up to seven days prior to your party.
  • The cakes available for purchase from the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Birthdays Team are plain cakes with no decorations. Guests are welcome to bring cake toppers and candles but no sparklers.
  • The number of hosts will be dependent on the number of guests in your party; additional hosts are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
