The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort require at least ten day’s notice when booking experiences and packages, however bookings with a shorter time frame can be accommodated, subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit to the Resort.
All LEGOLAND Birthday packages are non-refundable; however, a date change maybe possible, please contact the team to discuss options.
All packages and experiences are subject to availability, for any reason that your booking is not able to go ahead, you will be contacted with an alternative arrangement.
We reserve the right to change or alter the contents at any time due to weather, operational factors, or any other reason.
Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in one of our on-site hotels, this includes the Pirate Splash and Play.
Any guests wishing to enter the park must have a valid form of admission or annual pass. For the avoidance of doubt all guests can purchase theme park entry ticket by consulting a member of the team.
Should a participant be unable to attend on the day, there will be no refund issued.
The number of hosts will be dependent on the number of guests in your party, additional hosts can be requested subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Items included in your package non-exchangeable or refundable.
Free parking is available in the Resort hotel car park for the duration of your stay.
LEGOLAND Birthdays reserve the right to cancel any booking if details have not been confirmed within seven days of the date of your booking.
LEGOLAND Birthdays reserve the right to withdraw any packages and experiences without notice at any time.

This offer entitles attendees of a LEGOLAND Birthday an exclusive park entry rate at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
Offer can only be redeemed on the day of your LEGOLAND Birthday booking and exclusive tickets can only be purchased for the same day.
This offer is valid for standard theme park entry only.
