Club VIP Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order for the CLUB VIP Membership. 

  1.  General

1.1 A Membership will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, it displays a photograph which must be a true likeness of the named holder and it is within the validity period, (a period of 12 calendar months from date of issue).

1.2 Photocopies of a Membership will not be accepted at the Attraction, and we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse entry to any person attempting to use a CLUB VIP Membership which is not an original, without offering any compensation. Any use or attempted use of a CLUB VIP Membership in breach of these terms will result in the Membership being revoked without compensation.

1.3 For the avoidance of doubt, Membership sharing is a breach of these terms and any attempted use of a Membership by someone other than the photographed and named holder, regardless of the reason, will result in access being refused and the Membership being revoked without compensation. For this reason, you should ensure that the Membership is kept in a safe and secure location where others will not have access to it. Club VIP Membership is subject to the Park terms and conditions available on our website.

 

  1. Purchase of an Annual Pass Membership

Each Member will be issued with their own membership card and will be required to supply the following personal information: 

2.1 Full name. 

2.2 Date of birth.

2.3 Residential address.

2.4 Telephone number.

2.5 Email address. 

2.6 A photograph which must be a true likeness of the holder, and which must conform to UK passport photo requirements.

The purchaser of a Membership must be 18 years or over (and if purchasing a Membership on behalf of a minor, the purchaser must confirm that they are acting as agent for and on behalf of that minor and confirm that they are providing consent for the processing of the data of such minor.)

 

  1.  Benefits and Inclusions

A Membership entitles Members to the following benefits and inclusions at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort:

3.1 One (1) CLUB VIP Lanyard to display your CLUB VIP Membership Card.

3.2 One (1) CLUB VIP Membership Card. Misplacement of this card will be subject to an administration fee of £10 per Membership needing to be replaced.

3.3 One (1) CLUB VIP Welcome Pack.

3.4 Entrance to the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort during the validity period.

3.5 Unlimited Fastrack on all eligible attractions, a list of which is supplied in the welcome pack. Please note that all rides and attractions are subject to availability.

3.6 Complimentary preferred parking at the Resort Hotel – this is subject to availability and change.

3.7 A gift bundle to celebrate your birthday, to a set value at the sole discretion of the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team.

3.8 A monthly gift pre-selected by the VIP Team.

3.9 Four (4) CLUB VIP Guest Passes which can each be redeemed for one (1) entry ticket to the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, alongside Unlimited Fastrack on all eligible attractions in the same manner as a CLUB VIP Member.

3.10 One (1) Premium VIP drinks vessel which entitles the Member to claim unlimited cold drinks from the freestyle vending machines* and complimentary hot beverages from the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort approved hot drink vendors. Refills are for the member only and sharing will result in the freestyle being revoked. One (1) vessel will be offered as a replacement for damage to the original vessel with the original being surrendered to the VIP Team. *All Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are subject to availability on the day.

3.11 Discounts in the Resort’s retail and food & beverage outlets; discount is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The percentage discount given is variable and the rate may be changed at any time. The current prevailing rate is available by enquiring at the Attraction.

3.12 Complimentary hot beverages from the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort approved hot drink vendors. Please note that this excludes any deals or promotions and can only be used against regular menu items. For a full list of hot beverages that are included in your membership, please contact the VIP Team.

3.13 One (1) Complimentary VIP Experience that can be used on a selection of VIP Park experiences. Should the VIP Hosted Experience be selected, one (1) VIP Host can accompany up to ten (10) persons, additional hosts can be requested subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

 

  1. Hotel Amenities

4.1 Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in either the Resort Hotel, Castle Hotel or Woodland Village.

  1.  Entry to LEGOLAND® and its Attractions

5.1 Possession of a valid Membership does not guarantee entry to the Resort. The management of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, acting reasonably, reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason and at any time.

5.2 Possession or use of the CLUB VIP Membership does not guarantee immediate entry to the Attraction especially during peak times. Unlimited Fastrack provides you with access to the Fastrack queue line. A short wait here may be present.

5.3 Admittance to Rides and Attractions are always subject to availability and capacity.

 

  1.  Lost, stolen or damaged Annual Passes

6.1 All CLUB VIP Passes remain the property of LEGOLAND® and can be withdrawn at any time.

6.2 CLUB VIP members should take all reasonable steps to ensure that their CLUB VIP Pass is always kept secure.

6.3 CLUB VIP Pass which has been lost, stolen and/or damaged should be reported to the LEGOLAND VIP Team immediately using any of the contact methods in your Welcome Pack, preferably by email as to log the issue.

6.4 CLUB VIP Pass are non-transferable and cannot be sold, loaned or given away to or used by a third party. A CLUB VIP Pass will automatically be deemed void and shall be revoked without compensation if sold, loaned or given away or if any attempt is made to sell, loan or give it away.

6.5 In the absolute discretion of LEGOLAND, access will be denied to LEGOLAND and the relevant CLUB VIP Pass revoked, if LEGOLAND considers the CLUB VIP Passholder to be guilty of (i) fraud or attempted fraud in respect of the CLUB VIP Pass, (ii) misuse of the CLUB VIP Pass (e.g. abuse of the CLUB VIP Pass benefits): and/or (iii) inappropriate conduct. Inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, displaying any sign or visible representation of any kind which is, or could reasonably be judged to be, threatening, abusive or insulting to any member of LEGOLAND's staff and/or other members of the public visiting LEGOLAND, or allowing or assisting a third party to attempt to gain unauthorised or improper access to LEGOLAND with a CLUB VIP Pass of which they are not the valid holder. For the avoidance of doubt no compensation will be given in such circumstances. 

 

  1.  Illegally purchased CLUB VIP Passes

7.1 A CLUB VIP Membership that is discovered to have been purchased through illegal methods (including, but not limited to, the use of fraudulent debit/credit cards, and/or through unauthorised third-party channels), will be revoked without compensation.

 

  1.  Refunds

8.1 Refunds are not available in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

8.2 Should the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, or any party acting on behalf of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, suspect a member is abusing the benefits of the Membership the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort reserve the right to suspend and withdraw the Membership with immediate effect and with no recompense issued.

 

  1. Changes

9.1 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort may, at any time, in its absolute discretion, add any further exclusions which shall be applicable to the Membership as determined by the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort.

10.1 For changes, such as modifying your personal information where it is no longer accurate, and to exercise any of your rights, please contact vip@legoland.co.uk with the subject heading "Exercise of Data Subject Right(s)".

10.2 If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information you may contact us and we will investigate your complaint. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. your local data protection authority) once you have tried to resolve the issue with us. 

 

  1.  Further agreements

11.1 By visiting the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as a CLUB VIP Member, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and also agreeing to the overall LEGOLAND Windsor Resort terms and conditions which can be found here.
