Or... Build Community with a PTA Family Trip (Parent-led Adventure)
Bring families together with a memorable PTA adventure full of fun, creativity, and shared experiences!
These trips are organised by the PTA (parent-led) and can take place on INSET days, offering a unique opportunity to celebrate milestones, strengthen the school community, and create lasting memories for students and their families.
This is not a school-run trip. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
With over 55 rides, attractions, and live shows, there’s something for everyone, from younger children discovering new adventures to grown-ups rediscovering their inner builder. PTA parent-led trips aren’t just “days out”; they’re a chance to bring learning, play, and community together in one unforgettable experience.
- PTA Parent-led trip admission pricing from £19 per person
- Shared experiences that strengthen connections between parents, children, and the wider school community
- Hands-on, creative play that inspires imagination and teamwork
- Easy planning support, helping organisers coordinate a smooth and enjoyable visit
How it works:
- Your PTA may need to gain approval from the school. It is also advised you check you have relevant PTA public liability insurance to organise the trip and a safe way to collect payments from parents (PTA account not personal).
- Got the go-ahead? Decide on your date of visit and the number of tickets you’d like to reserve (Please note this must be a school INSET day. We do not offer this rate during weekends and School Holidays. A minimum of 50 tickets must be purchased to qualify for the special PTA rate).
- Enquire with our school provisional booking form. We will follow-up with a quote and booking reference by email.
- Promote your tickets to your members and co-ordinate attendance. This will be a PTA parent-led organised trip and not a school-led activity. Parents/carers are responsible for their children at all times during the trip.
- Confirm your final numbers with us 10 working days before your visit date (must be a minimum of 50 to qualify for the special PTA rate) Please note: once you have submitted your final numbers, no further amendments can be made.
- Our team will send the tickets to the trip organisers email and your booking will then be passed to our Finance Team, who will provide your invoice a few days later. If you wish to pay by card, a secure payment link will be provided.
When can I book a PTA Parent-led Trip?
While we are unable to offer PTA admission pricing on weekends and school holidays, INSET days can be an excellent time to plan a PTA family trip. With children already off school, they provide a convenient, ready-made day out for families. The day can be positioned as a special school community outing to help boost interest and participation.
What are the benefits of a PTA Parent-led Trip:
- Builds a stronger school community
- Encourages parent involvement
- Strengthens parent–child relationships
- Encourages experiential learning (opportunity for teachers to link and reflect on topics taught in the classroom)
- Creates inclusive experiences
- Supports wellbeing and fun
- Improves communication and trust
