VIP Advent Promotion

  • Each day from December 9th – 13th inclusive LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will make available on its website eight (8) VIP Gold Experience tickets at the discounted rate of £35GBP. These tickets will be valid only on specific days in the 2020 season.
  • The tickets will be available from midday and released by LEGOLAND Windsor Resort as close to this time as is possible.
  • The tickets will be available until such time as they sell out or until 11:59am the following day, whichever is soonest.
  • The tickets will only be valid on the date selected and cannot be exchanged for use on another day or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Tickets are only secured once a successful purchase and confirmation containing the tickets is received. For the avoidance of doubt selecting tickets in the webstore, adding to a cart or any other stage in the booking process does not constitute a successful purchase.
  • There are no concessionary tickets available alongside these tickets; each member of the party on your visit date will need a valid ticket either as part of the advent promotion or a full priced alternative.
  • We reserve the right to remove, suspend or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • The resale of these tickets is strictly prohibited and will immediately void the tickets in question, along with any associated with the order.
  • The website will be updated to reflect once each day’s allocation has sold out.

Covid-19 – Information for Guests - 23rd March 2020

Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to close the LEGOLAND Windsor theme park and Resort Hotels as a precautionary measure. The health and wellbeing of our employees and guests is always our priority and we believe that this is the right decision to continue to protect everyone.
