VIP Christmas Experience Terms & Conditions
- General:
1.1 This experience is non-refundable; one date change is permitted subject to availability.
1.2 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.
1.3 With the exception of the car park, hotel facilities are not available for use to non-residents.
1.4 CLUB VIP, Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND® Annual Pass members are not entitled to the inclusions of this experience as part of their standard entry covered in their Annual Pass inclusion.
1.5 Your three-hour timeslot runs from your start time (10am or 2pm), if you are late, no additional time will be added.
1.6 Only guests on a full paying ticket are subject to consume all inclusions of the experience outlined in section 2.
- Package Inclusions:
The VIP Christmas Experience 2024 has the following inclusions. The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort may, at any time, in its absolute discretion, change the inclusions of any VIP package inclusions at any time.

2.3 Personal VIP Festive Host for up to 3 hours
2.4 VIP Priority Ride Access
2.5 LEGO® Bespoke Build gift
2.6 Festive Driving Licence
2.7 Unlimited On Park Dining
2.8 Exclusive VIP Christmas POP Badge
2.9 Exclusive VIP Christmas Lanyard
2.10 Full day entry to the Resort
- Unlimited Food and Beverage:
3.1 Your VIP Host is able to facilitate unlimited dining at all food outlets across the Park, subject to availability. Food and Drink in the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel and LEGOLAND® Woodland Village is chargeable as normal.
3.2 Only the VIP Host is able to retrieve the food and drink, they must be present at point of transaction – all food and drink are subject to the fair usage policy outlined in point 3.3.
3.3 The ‘Fair Usage Policy’ covers that all food and beverage consumed within the ‘Unlimited Food and Beverage’ inclusion must be reasonable and consumed by the end of your hosted experience. *All food and beverage requests are at the discretion of the VIP Host.
- Private meet with Father Christmas:
4.1 Your gift from Father Christmas is as selected on the pre-arrival form. Once the gift has been given out, it is non exchangeable, and non-transferable. If you fail to complete the pre-arrival form more than 48hrs in advance of your visit, a gift will be selected for you – and this will be subject to the same terms. All gift options are subject to change and availability.
4.2 Your Father Christmas visit slot is pre-determined and arranged by your host. Should you want to visit outside of this slot, you may be required to wait.
