VIP Christmas Experience Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team require at least 48 hours’ notice when booking experiences and packages, however on the day bookings can potentially be accommodated, dependent on availability.
1.2 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.
1.3 All packages and experiences are subject to availability.
1.4 Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in either the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel or LEGOLAND® Woodland Village.
1.5 Wristbands will be issued on the day by the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team, wristbands are non-exchangeable and signs of tampering to your wristband will invalidate it.
1.6 Only guests on a valid paying ticket for their VIP Christmas Experience of choice will be permitted to the inclusions of the package.
1.7 Photo Bundles are the responsibility of the guest to collect, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will not be able to provide these images after your visit.
1.8 All inclusions of VIP Christmas Packages are subject to change and availability. Only guests on a full paying ticket are subject to consume all inclusions of the experience outlined in section 2.
1.9 VIP Christmas Experiences are not included as part of entry on a CLUB VIP Pass, Merlin Annual Pass or LEGOLAND® Annual Pass.
1.10 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the overall LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort terms and conditions which can be found here.
1.11 An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer, voucher, or incentive unless stated otherwise. A Passholder is only entitled to the discount when a valid LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Pass is present during the time of purchase and day of experience.
2. VIP Christmas Experience
2.1 Each Guest on the VIP Christmas Experience will receive:
- All Day Entry
- All Day Unlimited Fastrack
- Complimentary parking in our Resort Hotel car park
- Exclusive early access through our Resort Hotel
- Exclusive VIP Lanyard
- Exclusive VIP Pop Badge
- Festive LEGOLAND® Driving Licence (2-15 year olds)
- LEGO® Gift from Father Christmas (2-15 year olds)
- Private meet and greet with Father Christmas (Available until the 23rd December)
2.2 Your Father Christmas visit slot is pre-determined by the VIP Team and will be communicated to you upon arrival. You will be required to join the Christmas Kingdom queue line at the time of your Father Christmas visit slot.
3. Premium VIP Christmas Experience
3.1 Each Guest on the Premium VIP Christmas Experience will receive:
- All Day Entry
- All Day Unlimited Fastrack
- VIP Priority Ride Access with your VIP Host
- Complimentary parking in our Resort Hotel car park
- Exclusive early access through our Resort Hotel
- Exclusive VIP Lanyard
- Exclusive VIP Pop Badge
- Festive LEGOLAND® Driving Licence (2-15 year olds)
- Choice of LEGO® Gift from Father Christmas (2-15 year olds)
- Private VIP Host for up to 3 hours
- Priority VIP Ride Access whilst with your VIP Host
- Unlimited dining on park with your VIP Host
- Private meet and greet with Father Christmas (Available until the 23rd December)
- Festive Photo Bundle
- LEGO® Build
3.2 Your gift from Father Christmas is as selected on the pre-arrival form. Once the gift has been given out, it is non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. If you fail to complete the pre-arrival form more than 48hrs in advance of your visit, a gift will be selected for you – and this will be subject to the same terms. All gift options are subject to change and availability.
3.3 Your Father Christmas visit slot is pre-determined and arranged by your host. Should you want to visit outside of this slot, you may be required to wait.
4. Ultimate VIP Christmas Experience
4.1 Each Guest on the Ultimate VIP Christmas Experience will receive:
- All Day Entry
- VIP Priority Ride Access
- Complimentary parking in our Resort Hotel car park
- Exclusive early access through our Resort Hotel
- Exclusive VIP Lanyard
- Exclusive VIP Pop Badge
- Breakfast in Bricks Family Restaurant
- Festive LEGOLAND® Driving Licence (2-15 year olds)
- Choice of LEGO® Gift from Father Christmas (2-15 year olds)
- Extra gift from Father Christmas (2-15 year olds)
- Private VIP Host for the day
- Unlimited dining on park
- Private meet and greet with Father Christmas (Available until the 23rd December)
- Festive Photo Bundle
- LEGO® Build
- One Round of Adventure Golf
- Minifigure Factory
4.2 Your gift from Father Christmas is as selected on the pre-arrival form. Once the gift has been given out, it is non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. 4.3 Your Father Christmas visit slot is pre-determined and arranged by your host. Should you want to visit outside of this slot, you may be required to wait.
5. Unlimited Food & Beverage
5.1 Your VIP Host is able to facilitate unlimited dining at all food outlets across the Park, subject to availability. Food and Drink in the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel and LEGOLAND® Woodland Village is chargeable as normal.
5.2 Only the VIP Host is able to retrieve the food and drink; they must be present at point of transaction – all food and drink are subject to the fair usage policy outlined in point
5.3 The ‘Fair Usage Policy’ covers that all food and beverage consumed within the ‘Unlimited Food and Beverage’ inclusion must be reasonable and consumed by the end of your hosted experience. All food and beverage requests are at the discretion of the VIP Host.
6. VIP Hosted Experiences
6.1 Premium VIP Christmas Experience - Your three-hour timeslot runs from your start time (10:00 or 14:00), if you are late, no additional time will be added.
6.2 Ultimate VIP Christmas Experience – Your full-day hosted experience will start from 10am until official Resort closing time, if you are late, no additional time will be added.
