VIP Shark Feed Terms & Conditions
- General
1.1 One (1) VIP Host will accompany the group onto the shark feed.
1.2 A maximum of six (6) people can take part in the VIP Shark Feed, there are no private sessions.
1.3 All packages and experiences are subject to availability.
1.4 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort may, at any time, in its absolute discretion, change the inclusions of any VIP package.
1.5 Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in either the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel or LEGOLAND® Woodland Village.
1.6 All guests aged 16 and under must be accompanied by one (1) adult over the age of 18 on a full paying ticket. One (1) adult can accompany up to two (2) guests aged 16 and under.
- Theme Park Entry
Theme park entry is not included in the price of your VIP Shark Feed ticket. Any guests wishing to enter the Park must have a valid form of admission.
- Refunds and Changes
3.1 Our LEGO® City Deep Sea Adventure houses live marine life and they are not always guaranteed to feed – should the sharks not feed this will not permit a refund or rescheduling of your experience.
3.2 Guests who arrive later than 10 minutes to the experience may not be able to take part – this will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the VIP Team, and every effort will be made to accommodate the participants.
3.3 Should the experience need to be cancelled for any reason we will arrange an alternate date for the experience to take place.
- Safety of Guests
4.1 Each participating guest must be able to comfortably fit into one of the supplied life jackets. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be given a full refund of their ticket.
4.2 Guests must be able to walk unaided to take part in this experience.
