Making a Provisional Booking

To make a provisional booking, please fill in the form below and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please be aware, PTA pricing is only available for groups with a minimum of 50 members.

Step by Step guide to our Booking Process:

Fill out one of our provisional booking forms (school or home educator). Please only complete the form if you wish to make a formal reservation

We aim to respond within 2 working days. This form should be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the date of your trip.

Once you have received your quote and booking reference via the automatic email, you do not need to confirm final numbers until 10 working days before the date of the trip.

Please note: the automated email will not include your tickets or serve as your final confirmation.

If you would like to make amendments to your booking, please send an email to the Schools Team at school.enquiries@legoland.co.uk, or reply to the original automated email.

Please note: once you have submitted your final numbers, no further amendments can be made.

After you have confirmed your final numbers (10 working days before the date of the trip), our team will send the tickets to the trip organiser’s email.

Your booking will then be passed to our Finance Team, who will provide your invoice a few days later. If you wish to pay by card, a secure payment link will be provided.

(Free adults are assigned at a ratio of: 1 free teacher for every 3 pre-school students, 1 free teacher for every 5 primary students, and 1 free teacher for every 10 secondary students).
(Carer tickets are to be used for students who require extra assistance or 1:1 care. Carers are to be added in addition to the number of adults and not included).
(This does not include parking for cars)
