VIP Experiences Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team require at least 48 hours’ notice when booking experiences and packages, however on the day bookings can potentially be accommodated, dependent on availability.Â
1.2 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.Â
1.3 All packages and experiences are subject to availability.Â
1.4 Hotel amenities are only available for guests staying in either the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel or LEGOLAND® Woodland Village.Â
1.5 Wristbands will be issued on the day by the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort VIP Team, wristbands are non-exchangeable and signs of tampering to your wristband will invalidate it. Â
1.6 Only guests on a valid paying ticket for their VIP Experience of choice will be permitted to the inclusions of the package.
1.7 iMagic photos are the responsibility of the guest to collect, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will not be able to provide these images after your visit.Â
1.8 All inclusions of VIP Packages are subject to change and availability.
1.9 VIP Experiences are not included as part of entry on a CLUB VIP Pass, Merlin Annual Pass or LEGOLAND® Annual Pass.
1.10 By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are also agreeing to the overall LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort terms and conditions which can be found here.Â
1.11 An Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional offer, voucher, or incentive unless stated otherwise. A Passholder is only entitled to the discount when a valid LEGOLAND or Merlin Annual Pass is present during the time of purchase and day of experience.

2. Refunds and changes
2.1 All VIP Experiences are non-refundable however you are entitled to one date change for your experience. Please contact the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort VIP Team to discuss options.
2.2 The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort may, at any time, in its absolute discretion, change the inclusions of any VIP package at any time.
2.3 The VIP team reserve the right to withdraw any packages and experiences without notice at any time.

3. VIP Silver Experience
3.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.
3.2 With the exception of the car park, hotel facilities are not available for use to non-residents.
3.3 CLUB VIP, Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND® Annual Pass members are not entitled to the inclusions of this experience as part of their standard entry covered in their Annual Pass inclusion.
3.4 LEGO® gifts will be given to each guest with a valid ticket for the experience – gifted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
3.5 Your VIP wristbands entitle you to join the Fastrack queue lines, this does not grant you instant access to the Rides and some queuing may be required.

4. VIP Gold Experience
4.1 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.
4.2 With the exception of the car park, hotel facilities are not available for use to non-residents.
4.3 CLUB VIP, Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND® Annual Pass members are not entitled to the inclusions of this experience as part of their standard entry covered in their Annual Pass inclusion.
4.4 LEGO® gifts will be given to each guest with a valid ticket for the experience – gifted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
4.5 Your VIP wristbands entitle you to join the Fastrack queue lines, this does not grant you instant access to the Rides and some queuing may be required.

5. VIP Platinum Experience
5.1 General
5.11 One (1) VIP Host can accompany up to ten (10) persons, additional hosts can be requested subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
5.12 Payment must be made in full at point of booking and will confirm your visit.
5.13 With the exception of the car park, hotel facilities are not available for use to non-residents.
5.14 CLUB VIP, Merlin Annual Pass and LEGOLAND® Annual Pass members are not entitled to the inclusions of this experience as part of their standard entry covered in their Annual Pass inclusion.
5.15 Your hosted session begins and ends at the Park opening and closing time of your visit date.
5.16 Only guests who have paid for the VIP Platinum Experience will be entitled to accompany the group during their visit. Guests on a paid for VIP Platinum Experience will be entitled to receive the inclusions outlined in point 2.
5.17 LEGO® gifts will be given to each guest with a valid ticket for the experience – gifted items are not exchangeable or refundable.
5.2 Unlimited Food and Beverage
5.21 Your VIP Host is able to facilitate unlimited dining at all food outlets across the park, subject to availability. Food and Drink in the LEGOLAND® Resort Hotel, LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel and LEGOLAND® Woodland Village is chargeable as normal.
5.22 Only the VIP Host is able to retrieve the food and drink, they must be present at point of transaction – all food and drink is subject to the fair usage policy outlined in point 5.33.
5.23 The ‘Fair Usage Policy’ covers that all food and beverage consumed within the ‘Unlimited Food and Beverage’ inclusion must be reasonable and consumed by the end of your hosted experience. All food and beverage requests are at the discretion of the VIP Host.
5.24 Unlimited dining in the VIP Platinum Experience package is not applicable for dining within the Resort Hotel, Castle Hotel, Retail outlets or third-party outlets.
