Accessibility Enquiries

Following the end of our 2018 season, we have begun our annual review of accessibility at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. For this reason, we are currently unable to confirm any information regarding accessibility for 2019.

 If you are planning to visit during Christmas at LEGOLAND in December 2018, please visit Guest Services upon arrival at the Resort. The team here will be able to assist if you require any reasonable adjustments to be made during your visit. If you think you will require adjustments during Christmas at LEGOLAND we advise you to bring with you:

  • a doctor’s letter dated within the last 12 months

or

  • a D.L.A, P.I.P, or DWP letter along with a doctors letter (dated any time) that outlines the nature of the disability.
