Press Office at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

Filming & Photography Requests

The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is happy to consider all filming and photography enquiries and each request will be looked at on an individual basis.

  • Filming and photography requests can be accommodated between March and November when the Resort is open and all year round for the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Hotel.
  • We are happy to consider requests to film on-board our rides but require at least 12 working days to arrange this. While we will endeavour to accommodate as many requests as possible, approval of on-board filming is subject to the Resort’s Health & Safety procedures.
  • On-board filming is subject to a pre-site visit with a member of the Press Office, completion of our Health & Safety forms and submission of your public liability insurance, risk assessment and camera use method statement.

To make an enquiry please email pressoffice@legoland.co.uk with your contacts, programme details, when it will air, when you would like to film and whether you would need to film on-board one of our rides.

Covid-19 – Information for Guests - 23rd March 2020

Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to close the LEGOLAND Windsor theme park and Resort Hotels as a precautionary measure. The health and wellbeing of our employees and guests is always our priority and we believe that this is the right decision to continue to protect everyone.

Please review the FAQs below to find out how your booking is affected and who to contact if you need further assistance.
