Media Access Requests
The LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort is happy to consider requests for tickets from press currently working for publications, broadcasters and online media that have editorial content that lends itself to coverage of the Resort.
All press visits must be arranged prior to your visit. To make a request, please email your contact details to email@example.com along with title, publication, readership numbers, preferred date of visit, number of tickets required and a brief overview of how you plan to cover the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort following your visit.
The Press Office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so please email your request a minimum of 3 working days before the date you’d like to visit to allow time for your tickets to be issued.
A maximum of 4 tickets will be allocated per request. Tickets will be allocated on a case by case basis and will not be allocated during peak times including the summer holidays and some event days. The qualifying media representative must accompany his or her party to the park.
Successful requests will be confirmed by email along with details of how to collect tickets. You may also be asked to provide current media credential or form of photographic ID. Press tickets are only valid on the day they are received and do not include Q-Bot.
